How are
the T-shirts printed?
Our Designs - Our T-shirts
are printed using a very high quality flexible vinyl material. Each
colour is applied individually on to the garments by applying heat to them.
The result is a very hard wearing and vibrant print which you can enjoy for
years to come.
Your Designs - When you send
us an image to apply to T-shirts, the process differs slightly. The
Image is printed on special transfer paper and the ink is fired
straight into the T'shirt by applying lots of heat.
What
quality T-shirt are the designs printed on?
The T-shirts we use for our
designs are of a very high quality, they are manufactured with this
style of printing in mind. All the T-shirts in our range are 100% cotton.
The "Your Design" T'shirts
need to be 100% polyester inorder to absorb the ink of the transfer. The
T-shirts we use are speacially made for this purpose.
Do you
have a minimum order requirement?
We have no minimum order on
standard T's, however all orders are sent out using CityLink and we
are charged by the shipment not the weight. So ordering one may be a bit
pricey...sorry. On "Your Design" T's, the minimum order is at least 6, all
of which must have the same main print.
How much
is postage and packaging?
All orders are sent via
CityLink, which is guaranteed next day recorded delivery between 9-5. We
are charged by the shipment. The charge is £10 .
How long
will an order take from day of placement?
From the day you place your
order you will receive the finished product between 5-7 working days. If
for what ever reason there is anything which delays the order we will keep
you up to date. If you require it faster than this, please state in your
contact letter and we will let you know if its doable.
I
have ordered the wrong size, can i
return it?
It is very important you
order the correct sizes (size chart below) as once they are printed there
is no way of removing the designs without ruining the T'shirts and they
are of no use to us with your details on them. Sorry.
I'm ready
to order, what do I do next?
To place an order all you
need do is fill in the contact form and e-mail it down to us. We will then
produce you a completed quote and if your'e happy with it give us a ring and
we will take payment and get the ball rolling for you.
